We are excited to be working with a Norwich based Fin-Tec start-up that is highly ambitious and set to scale rapidly over the next 5 years. They have created industry-first products that meet the needs of individuals, businesses, and platforms across the 21st century economy and they are ready to take their digital experience to the next level.
After experiencing initial success, the company is expanding its operations and increasing its capacity to meet the growing demand from its customers. The company aims to venture into new verticals as part of its expansion strategy. In doing this, they require a Product / Digital Designer who can offer diverse creative support across the entire business, with a specific focus on collaborating closely with the commercial team.
The role involves providing design ideas and concepts to aid every phase of the product lifecycle, including prototyping and web application designs, as well as developing marketing ads and sales presentations to promote the company's products
Role:
- Generate and conceptualize innovative ideas for creative campaigns, presentations, and online applications.
- Present design concepts to both internal and external teams in a persuasive manner that highlights the benefits of the idea.
- Create user flow diagrams and utilize wireframing and storyboarding techniques to reinforce design decisions and improve customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with product owners to design and deliver product features.
- Completing user acceptance testing
- Monitor key performance metrics and work with the wider product and design team to optimize user journeys
- Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to facilitate the approval of new journeys and features.
What you will bring:
- Experience in a UX/UI design / Web Application Design role
- Experience with Wireframing, Prototyping and end to end design of digital products
- Proficient in the use of the Adobe suite of products
- Figma / Invision experience
