We are looking for a Senior Community Manager to lead our clients social and community teams. You will be responsible for executing community-focused campaigns, representing the players’ voice, and growing online communities.

You days will include:

• Growing and managing communities for different games
• Planning and executing campaigns across genres and channels
• Tracking and reporting on community metrics and feedback
• Liaising with both players and stakeholders
• Supporting Community teams and platforms
• Representing the business at and participating in events and media

 
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Prior experience in community management or social media communications
• Some experience managing teams would be beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of games across genres and formats
• Experience and knowledge of major social media and video platforms
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience and knowledge of live streaming and content creation
