Our client is seeking a candidate that can improve the gameplay, structure, mechanics, rules, and user interfaces while collaborating with production to guarantee that quality updates stay on schedule and within budget. To develop and promote the client's flagship game design strategy, you will collaborate closely with the lead game designer.

Key Duties Include:
 

• As a team leader, oversee the design of significant content changes.
• Provide design knowledge and input to content producers for smaller changes.
• To enable inter-update visibility and consistency, collaborate with other designers.
• Form and promote the game's design plan in collaboration with the lead game designer.
• Bring to the design team your expertise in a field like combat, system design, user experience, or economics.

 
Essential Requirements:
 

• Senior-level professional experience designing and releasing a finished game or game updates. (Preferable live gaming experience.)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. You must be able to get along with your colleagues because this is a very social profession.
• Extensive familiarity with the MMORPG and live game genres, including modern developments.
• A focus on a certain aspect of game design, such as combat, system design, user experience, or economics.
