Senior UI Artist

Senior UI Artist | UK Game Studio | Fully Remote

We are working with a successful UK game studio who are looking for a Senior UI Artist to join their team and work on their upcoming Unreal Engine 5 title.
This role involves creating captivating and engaging UI experiences for their games and contributing to best UI practice. 

Role:

• Collaborate with game and UX designers for intuitive and lively UI.
• Drive teamwork with UI Dev, UX, and design in Unreal implementation.
• Set and elevate top-tier UI design standards in line with art direction.
• Transform UX insights into high-quality, consistent UI visuals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and guides to convey ideas effectively.
• Proactively resolve process bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.
• Review and enhance assets for unwavering quality, provide feedback.
• Document specs aligning with artistic vision for internal/external teams.

What they are looking for:

• Experienced UI Designer who has worked within the games industry
• End to end UI design experience
• Unreal or Unity game engine experience – ideally unreal
• Experience of Full Game Development Cycle
• Proficiency in prototyping and pre-visualisation
• Someone who is able to help coach / mentor more junior designers
