We are delighted to be recruiting a multi-talented Studio Coordinator for a scaling entertainment studio in London.
 
This role will suit someone who is comfortable juggling multiple tasks and has a professional, yet personal, approach under pressure. You will be the beating heart of the studio - The team is growing and need someone to take care of all their logistical needs.
 
Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the use of shared office spaces on behalf of the team,
• Ensuring that new starters have the IT equipment and onboarding materials they need for their role and overseeing their onboarding process,
• Booking and facilitating team social events,
• Collating and managing expenses within the team,
• Arranging team-wide online meetings,
• Point of contact for administrative software such as holiday bookings and team engagement,
• Managing mailing lists, software permissions, software licenses,
• Ensuring employee information is up to date,
• Assisting with updating the company website,
• Staying close to the team to identify ways to improve working life and engagement,
• Support of the CEO, CCO and Leadership team in arranging onsite and offsite meetings with clients.

Skills & experience:

• We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a similar role, you will understand the challenges of juggling multiple different responsibilities,
• Strong organisation skills are essential,
• Excellent communication skills,
• IT literate – Microsoft Office, Google Workspace etc,
• Experience running public websites and domains, would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in a start-up/scale-up or in a creative media industry, such as games, TV, films would be advantageous but not essential.

 
Salary & Benefits:

• £30,000 - £40,000,
• Mainly remote working with trips to the London office,
