We are delighted to be recruiting a Studio Director for a scaling entertainment studio in London. Our client has seen a large level of success in a relatively short time, with over a million downloads of its most successful platform. There is so much scope for growth and they are currently expanding the quantity and diversity of content on the platform and building out the tools for user generated content.

The Role…
We are looking for a dynamic and high performing Studio Director who is passionate about what they do. You will have the autonomy to make decisions and will be responsible for managing the studio budget – Ensuring the team has everything they need to perform to their full potential.
You will be responsible for growing the team, attracting, and retaining the best talent. You will work closely with the CEO, CCO and other key stakeholders to identify company goals. Responsible for the studio road-map and ensuring everything is executed to plan. You will take ownership of product KPI’s, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
 
Skills & Experience…

• Proven track record of performance in a similar role,
• Deep knowledge of mobile game economies,
• Proven success in delivering and improving performance against KPI’s,
• In depth knowledge of mobile platforms and live ops tools,
• Background in Gaming / Immersive Technology is essential,
• Experience in leadership roles,
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Experience working in a tech start-up, scale up or spin off company, where resources are limited, and the company's goals are big,
• Ability to take big, high-level ideas and break down the approach required to bring them to market,
• Experience with UGC platforms or Gen AI tools would be advantageous.
