We’re working with a pioneering motorsport technology provider that's transforming how top-tier race teams unlock vehicle performance. Their advanced simulation tools are used at the highest levels of the sport — including Formula E, IndyCar, WEC, and Formula 1. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with professional experience managing or delivering software products to bridge the gap between customers, software developers, and business stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in product management, project management, software delivery, SaaS, or software engineering who enjoys translating customer needs into clear, prioritised development work.

The Role
You will own the flow of information between customers and engineering teams, ensuring software features, bug fixes, and product improvements are clearly defined, prioritised, and delivered.Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Managing product backlogs, roadmaps, release plans, and feature requests
• Working closely with developers through the full software development lifecycle
• Coordinating software releases, QA activities, and customer feedback processes
• Managing work through issue-tracking and source-control platforms
• Helping improve and formalise product delivery processes as the business grows
• Acting as the primary link between customers, leadership, and development teams

Skills & Experience
We're interested in candidates with experience in several of the following areas:

• Software Product Management or Technical Project Management
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Requirements Capture and Specification Writing
• Agile delivery environments
• Source Control (Git/GitHub)
• Issue Tracking (Jira, Linear or similar)
• QA and Release Management
• SaaS Product Ownership
• Backlog Management and Roadmapping
• Customer-Facing Software Delivery
• You may currently be working as a Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, Product Owner, Delivery Manager, or Software Engineer seeking a move into product management.

Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

• B2B or SaaS software products
• Interest or experience in motorsport, simulations, or vehicle engineering – especially through series such as Formula Student
• Customer success, support, or implementation roles
• Small, remote, or highly autonomous teams
• CI/CD, deployment, or software release processes
• Engineering, simulation, modelling, or technical software environments

What's on Offer

• Salary range £50,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience level (appointment can be made up to Senior level)
• Fully remote working and to hours that suit you (you really can work anywhere – some of them team base themselves from ski resorts, others from the beach)
